The Louisville Chorus’s Christmas concert, sung by candlelight in the Cathedral of the Assumption on Fifth Street: carols, sacred canticles, and the Advent repertoire this chorus has sung in this city since 1939.
The Cathedral is the room this program was built for, a nineteenth-century nave that holds a choral sound the way nothing else downtown does. The same program repeats on December 20 at St. Brigid.
$12.24 to $33.65, fees included. Tickets and full details are available online. The Louisville Chorus is Kentucky's longest continuously performing chorus, singing in Louisville since 1939 under Artistic Director Dr. David Borman. Questions: info@louisvillechorus.org or 502-324-5233.
This concert is also covered by a Louisville Chorus season ticket, which admits one person to all four ticketed programs of the 2026-27 season from $70.
