Put your brand on the stage. Louisville Chorus sponsorships reach more than 100,000 people across Kentuckiana each year, including live audiences of 5,000 or more and an email list of 10,000, alongside concert programs and season-wide marketing. The chorus has been on stage for 87 years.

There are six partnership levels, and every level includes the benefits of the levels below it. Ensemble Partner at $1,000 carries a half-page program ad all season, a logo on the website sponsors page, a name in concert programs, and 2 complimentary tickets. Concert Partner at $2,000 upgrades to a full-page ad, a logo and link on the website, a social media thank-you, verbal recognition from the stage, and 4 tickets.

Ensemble Sponsor at $3,000 adds a full-page color ad, a logo in concert email marketing, lobby signage, a dedicated social post, 6 tickets, and an invitation to a Business Partners reception. Concert Sponsor at $5,000 names a concert: "[Company] presents [Concert]" billing, a logo on that concert’s posters, ads, banner and livestream, on-stage acknowledgment with mic time, a lobby promo table, a full-page color ad, and 8 priority-seating tickets.

Season Sponsor at $10,000 puts a logo across season-wide marketing and the website home page, with a premium inside-cover full-page color ad, on-stage recognition at every concert, 10 tickets per concert or a season block, and an annual client-hospitality night. Season Presenter at $20,000 is exclusive, one per season: top billing as "Louisville Chorus season presented by [Company]" everywhere, prime logo placement in all press, print, digital and livestream, a back-cover premium full-page color ad, on-stage recognition at every concert, the largest ticket block for staff and clients, a private event with the Music Director, and first right of renewal.

Local businesses can also buy a program ad without a full sponsorship, starting at around $250 for a single-concert quarter page, including tribute and dedication ads. Community Partners who donate printing, venue, media, catering, or professional services in kind are recognized with logo placement, program recognition, and preferred seating.

Hiring the chorus is a separate option from sponsoring it. We perform at corporate events, ceremonies, and holiday parties across the region, including for Ace Hardware, Yum!
