1. Vocalization to evaluate range, timbre and musicality

2. One song of your choice*

3. A brief sight reading exercise**

 

*Memory not required. Classical genre suggested, but you may choose any piece that you feel highlights your skills

** Sight reading not required for entry to main chorus; this is for chamber group consideration only

​​Audition Process

Please fill out the contact form and our Executive Director will reach out to schedule a time for you to visit. We generally ask singers to sit in for a rehearsal and stay to audition afterward. The ED and section leaders may be present during auditions.

Our rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings from 7–9 PM, with rare additional rehearsals scheduled as needed, e.g., only for specified concerts.

Bring 2x extra scores (2-sided and hole-punched) for music director & pianist.
