The Louisville Chorus performs at corporate events, weddings, galas, ceremonies, festivals, and private gatherings throughout Louisville, Kentucky and the surrounding region. Recent clients include Ace Hardware, Yum! Brands, the University of Louisville, and Churchill Downs.
Two ensembles are available to hire. The Fleur de Lis Singers are the chamber ensemble and the group most often booked: a small, flexible set of professional-caliber voices that fits a ballroom, a lobby, a tent, or a boardroom. Fees start at $1,000 and bookings require at least thirty days of lead time.
The full Louisville Chorus, roughly sixty voices, is available for large-scale occasions where the size of the sound is the point. Fees start at $4,000 and bookings require at least six months of lead time.
Programs are built for the occasion: the national anthem and ceremonial music, holiday and seasonal repertoire, classical and sacred works, popular and jazz standards, and pieces learned specifically for an event. We travel within 100 miles of Louisville Metro.

How much does it cost to hire a choir in Louisville? Engagements with the Fleur de Lis Singers, our chamber ensemble, start at $1,000. The full Louisville Chorus starts at $4,000. The final figure depends on how long we sing, how many singers you want, and how much music we learn specifically for your event.
How far in advance do we need to book? Thirty days for the Fleur de Lis Singers. Six months for the full Louisville Chorus, because a program at that scale is built into a rehearsal season rather than added to it. November and December fill first by a wide margin.
How many singers will actually come? The Fleur de Lis Singers are a small chamber ensemble sized to the room, and they are the group most often booked for private and corporate events. The full Louisville Chorus is roughly sixty voices, for occasions where the size of the sound is the point.
Do you travel outside Louisville? We perform anywhere within 100 miles of Louisville Metro, which covers most of Kentuckiana and a good deal of southern Indiana.
What do you need from our venue? A place to stand and somewhere to leave coats. The Fleur de Lis Singers sing mostly a cappella, so no stage, power, microphones or sound system are required.
Can you sing the national anthem at our event? Yes. Anthems, invocations, ribbon cuttings and moments of silence are among our most frequent requests, rehearsed to the second and usually fifteen minutes or less on site. The Fleur de Lis Singers have sung the anthem at Churchill Downs.
Can you learn a specific song for us? Yes. We regularly learn a piece specifically for an event, or build an arrangement around a company, a milestone or the city itself. Tell us what you have in mind when you inquire.
