The Louisville Chorus sends live Christmas carolers to holiday parties, office lobbies, open houses, donor receptions, tree lightings, and private gatherings throughout Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Caroling is the single most requested booking we receive.
The singers are the Fleur de Lis Singers, the chamber ensemble of the Louisville Chorus. They are a small, flexible group of professional-caliber voices that works in a lobby, a ballroom, a shop floor, or a doorway, with no stage, no sound system, and no setup required.
Caroling starts at $500 for a group of up to eight singers, and $1,000 for the full Fleur de Lis Singers. Bookings need at least thirty days of notice. We travel anywhere within 100 miles of Louisville Metro, which covers most of Kentuckiana and a good deal of southern Indiana. December dates are taken first, and the calendar is usually full by early November.
The singers can stroll through a party, a lobby, or a shop floor, or stay in one place and perform as a set. Length is built around your event rather than sold in fixed blocks. They perform in concert dress rather than period costume: what you are hiring is a professional chamber ensemble singing real arrangements, not a costumed novelty act.
The repertoire is traditional Christmas carols, sacred and secular, along with holiday standards and seasonal favorites. We will learn a specific carol for your event, and we write custom arrangements built around a company, a milestone, or the city itself.
Past clients of the Louisville Chorus include Ace Hardware, Yum! Brands, the University of Louisville, and Churchill Downs. The Louisville Chorus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1939, and booking us supports an eighty-seven season choral organization.

Do you need a stage or sound system? No. The singers work unamplified and need no setup, which is why they work in lobbies and doorways as easily as in ballrooms.
